if you've got some burning questions,
you've come to the right place.
WHY DO WE BELIEVE JUICING SHOULD BE A PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE?
At Sip-N-Glo we believe healthy is a habit and that introducing our tasty, vitamin-rich drinks into your daily routine will supply you with natural energy. We do not believe in the success of fad diets or extreme measures for weight loss. All of our drinks are approved by a certified nutritionist and are excellent sources of protein and nutrients that are the perfect complement to your healthy lifestyle.
WHAT MAKES YOUR DRINKS DIFFERENT?
We believe in healthy drinks that taste good! After lots of taste testing, we noticed that some of the super green juices on the market were virtually undrinkable, so we strive to create healthy juices that you’ll want to drink every day. Our greenest juice uses ingredients that are naturally low in sugar, resulting in a lightly-sweet and balanced juice that still provides serious health benefits.
Many juice companies create fruit-based drinks that are high in sugar, causing sugar spikes and crashes. We think balance is the key and we’ll never make a juice that compromises health for taste or vice versa.
We have an extensive in-house product development course that each of our drinks go through before we put them on the menu. A certified nutritionist reviews all of our recipes to ensure we are creating drinks that are not only delicious, but nutritious as well. We source our produce from local farms whenever possible and change our menu to reflect what is seasonally available for the highest quality taste and health benefits.
WHAT IS COLD-PRESSED JUICE AND WHY DOES IT COME IN A BOTTLE?
Cold-pressed juice is the most nutrient-dense juice available. The process includes applying nine tons of pressure which separates the juice from the pulp and leaves a higher amount of natural enzymes and vitamins in the juice. More traditional juicing with a centrifugal juicer separates pulp from the juice with a spinning metal basket, resulting in “flash heat” that impacts the quantity of vitamins in the juice. Centrifugal juicers can make a juice in under a minute, so they’re great for customized drinks made to order. Cold-pressing juice is a longer process which is why we bottle our juices and do not provide “made to order” cold-pressed drinks. Both processes provide high quality juice, cold-pressing simply preserves more of the nutrients in the juice. We use the best cold-press juicer available so our juices are fresh, delicious and good for you. Check out this visual explanation of cold press on our blog!
WHY SHOP LOCAL?
Shopping local benefits you and your community! By supporting local businesses, you can improve the local economy. We take pride in shopping local when sourcing produce and products for the store. Stop by one of our locations to learn more about our local offerings.
WHEN SHOULD I CONSUME A JUICE VS. A SMOOTHIE?
By separating the pulp, JUICES provide naturally-digestible nutrients that can be absorbed quickly into your system. Juice is a great choice any time of day and provides an array of health benefits, depending on what produce is in it. Consult one of our baristas for recommendations based on your taste preferences and what health benefits you seek!
Because of the fiber in the pulp, SMOOTHIES are a great choice when you are feeling a little bit hungrier, if you want a healthy way to cool down in the warmer months or you just want a delicious, creamy drink!
SHOTS are a great addition to enjoy with any of our drinks. Extra nutrients are always welcome!

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? DIETARY PREFERENCES?
When creating our menu we wanted to be able to provide products that are accessible to everyone. The majority of our menu is dairy-free, vegan-friendly and gluten-free, however, we do use nut milks as the base of most of our smoothies and grind our own nuts on premises. Please let your barista know about any allergies and they can advise you on how to order.
