HOW DOES A CLEANSE WORK?

Your body is not used to consuming only raw liquids. Cleansing gives your organs a break from digesting and creates more blood flow and energy to move through your liver, brain and skin. By flooding your body with juice full of fresh enzymes and nutrients, you will rid your body of toxins and give your organs a much-needed rest.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

You took the hardest step by committing and it will be WORTH IT. Get excited to feel light on your toes, strong, energized and mentally clear. The first day may be a bit challenging while you become adjusted to the cleanse. At these times turn to your juice and water to fulfill your body’s needs. If you need to eat something, try raw fruit, veggies or nuts. This is a great alternative to giving up all together and ordering a pizza! Feel free to come to the store where we can supply you with more bottles or change future cleanse orders to aid your individual needs. Stick with it! You can do this!

CAN I WORK OUT?

Totally, but keep it light (i.e. walking or yoga)! It is important to get your blood flowing and this will help release toxins and keep your lymphatic and circulatory system accelerated. We recommend adjusting your juice schedule to match your workouts; have the Radiant Glo pre-workout and the Pump Up post-workout.

PRE – CLEANSE: 

YAY! You have committed to making your body happy and GLO-ING!

Please start a raw diet 1 to 2 days prior to cleansing. Salads, raw fruits and smoothies are all great options. If you would like to get the most out of your cleanse, please resist caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars, animal products, nicotine and grains before, during and post-cleanse.

Scared to nix caffeine? Turn to herbal tea or green tea. We get it—mornings are hard!

DURING THE CLEANSE:

Stay hydrated and know there is a GLO-ING and bright you at the end of the tunnel!

Cleansing is your journey. Listen to your body and feel what it is telling you. For a guideline during your cleanse, please follow our recommended schedule. Hydrate as much as possible by drinking water throughout your cleanse. Feel free to put fruit such as lemon or lime in your water. We recommend you start every morning with hot lemon water to clean your colon and get your day started. Also, end each day with a glass of water or herbal tea to calm and hydrate before bed.

POST- CLEANSE:

Remember: Clean Eating!

You made it this far, keep it up! After your cleanse, ease your body back into solid foods with a raw diet just as you began for at least 1-2 days. A great goal to keep in mind while transitioning is CLEAN EATING!

HOW DO I ORDER MY CLEANSE?

You can pre-order your cleanse to ensure it's ready, or just come in to pick up a cleanse at either location.

HOW MANY DAYS CAN I PICK UP AT A TIME?

We recommend picking up one to two days at a time to have the freshest experience possible! Since there is no “one size fits all” cleanse program, this also allows our knowledgable baristas to help tailor your experience after your first cleanse day!
