Fall Feels

The beginning of October means fall is in full swing and we are grounding our new routines with shorter crisper days. As we lean into autumn vibes, it's important to maintain balance on the day-to-day with meaningful mental & physical retreats and treats! Below are a few ways we plan to stay grounded this fall.

Sip-N-Glo Seasonal Specials:

As candy and other unhealthy options become inescapable in the Halloween hubbub, our fall seasonal specials are in full swing to offer healthy and delicious sips to curb those cravings. Check out more info here.

Refocus & Reset with Yoga:

Summers in the city are filled with yoga classes that help you feel refreshed and balanced. Why stop now? Keep up the good work and continue those healthy habits powering through the fall. Grab a Balance Kombucha, thoughtfully crafted to ground your systems with adaptagenic eleuthero, and head to a yoga class or watch a yoga youtube video to realign and reset. In an effort to make yoga accessible for all year-round, studios tend to offer community classes or lunch hour classes with a lower price tag which should not be missed! These offer a great way to increase blood flow and help re-ground and refocus throughout your day.

Enjoy the Schuylkill Banks:

Enjoy the fall weather and get outside! Embrace the autumn vibes and grab our seasonally available Fall Festival or Great Pumpkin and take a seat along the water or walk north past Boathouse Row for spectacular fall foliage.

Try Something New:

During the warm summer months, we feel more free and adventurous to get out of our comfort zones and try something new. There is no reason we can’t do this in October! Whether you are going to that workout class you’ve been trying to find time for or finally trying that smoothie that peaked your interest, now’s the time to get glo-ing!

As the days get shorter, it can be harder to find time for ourselves and continue those healthy habits. At Sip-N-Glo, we work hard to provide nourishing sips that you can continue to rely on no matter the season, hopefully giving you one less thing to think about!
