Greek Yogurt 

Greek yogurt is thick and creamy compared to regular yogurt. It also provides a significant source of protein for a relatively small portion and can be found in whole, 2 percent fat, and fat-free varieties. Try it n some of our smoothies for a creamy texture and taste! 

Hemp Protein

Hemp protein is a high quality source of protein due to its high rate of digestibility. The better a protein is digested, the more efficiently it can be used by the body. The digestibility of any given protein is related to the concentrations of its amino acids. Hemp protein powders are rich in fiber, a nutrient that has a number of valuable health promoting properties.

Bee Pollen: 

Bee pollen is more rich in proteins than any animal source. It contains more amino acids than beef, eggs, or cheese of equal weight. About half of its protein is in the form of free amino acids that are ready to be used directly by the body.
